Grease trap waste is classified as controlled waste which can only legally be removed from your site by a registered waste carrier.  SD Grease Removal is a registered waste carrier and will supply the relevant duty of care paperwork to prove that your waste has been removed and disposed of within current legislative requirements.  This paperwork must be kept for two years for inspection by EHS.  In addition, Insurance Companies are now asking for proof of grease trap maintenance.
